I am so glad to have seen the One Show's edition where tey interviewed Phil Pritchard my old friend from Road Alert who I worked with over the Third Battle. He and his crew did such a marvellous thing when faced with the destruction of the forests. To cut a long story short as the great tracts of forest were cleared to build the monster road new saplings sprang up in their place. And Phil and his crew acted swiftly to save all these dear young trees creating a new forest somewhere safely where the forest's descendants could happily live out their days forever more. this absolute marvel of an idea has in twenty odd years created a new perfect world of mature trees that looks happy and healthy. I was so chuffed to see this success story that I felt like jumping up and down!!
Let us think outside of those horrible monster boxes and do more positive things when faced with a crisis such as we all were. Phil shows us that with great hope in your heart you can think laterally and save the day!! Great stuff Phil!!
